painting, surprises, and little's camping:)

Aaron and I decided to take advantage of our awesome families and invite them over to do all our work on the house for us ;) 

And then it's Mom Gerber's birthday, so she should feel special! (and surprised) What she thought was a date with dad was actually everybody getting together for her special day.

And who could forget LITTLE'S CAMPING!!!! Every year the 3 littles (Brad, Cassie, Danny) choose a different state park to camp at.....this year we forsook Indiana and went to St Mary's Lake. Stayed in cabins and loved it! (Did I mention that it's also us adults best excuse to be a kid again? :) 

Ashlyn preached our Sunday sermon in the cabin ;)

Volleyball, fresh fish, mafia, laughter, sunburn, you name it: great times! (Oh...and did I mention lots of nieces and nephews!)

The true test of being married: can you stand to be with your in-laws for an entire week for a vacation!??!?!??? Yes! Aaron and I both loved being at the cabin with the Gerbers and the cottage with the Bertschs :)
