Dan & Sarah "gettin' hitched"

Well....they were cute, and I was beautiful.....ok so, maybe I was cute and they were a beautiful couple :) Everything was so great for Dan & Sarah's wedding: from the the freezing cold snow in my shoes during pictures, to the asian man doing my pedicure telling me I have warts, to the DELCIOUS treats from the cool bakery "Caleri's", to the basement we stayed in with a heater in the bathroom, to the pricess wedding service from Ryan, to the Southern flavor at the reception, to the blowing of bubbles as they kissed us all goodbye and headed south :)

Because the Bertsch clan is so big, we don't do much for birthdays.....but I had a little time one day, so I tried my hand at cake decorating for Brad's birthday. He loves the Bears and Snickers, so I came up with this (with a little help from the internet;). It was fun......but it took forever.....so probably won't be doing it again in the near future!

Then, Aaron and I took a roadtrip to cincinatti for a weekend. It included a great day of skiing and a visit to the cool creation museum:

Lastly, for Valentine's we hit up the Fort Wayne Phil Harmonic "Behind the Mask", which had some AWESOME selections from Andrew Loyd Webber's best compositions. 

There is still fun stuff to do in the winter!.......but I'm so ready for spring:)
